About

A contractor who stays for the whole job.

Built By Trust is the name on the work. The license behind it is California CSLB #116171, Eddie Ramirez-Gianos, general contractor. Look that number up before you hire us. You should.

We build accessory dwelling units, garage conversions, and home remodels for people who live in the house — or plan to rent the new one — across Pasadena, Los Angeles County, Orange County, Fontana, and San Bernardino County.

Most jobs start the same way. You have a garage, a backyard, or a room that no longer fits the family. You want it done with permits, not a handshake and a dumpster. We walk the site, tell you if the idea is realistic, and write a scope you can read before anyone swings a hammer.

We are not the cheapest bid on a postcard. If a number is far under a real ADU, something was left out — usually the panel upgrade, the sewer, or the finish you actually want to live with.

What you can count on

  • A California contractor license you can verify.
  • Permits pulled in the jurisdiction that actually inspects the job.
  • A written scope, and change orders in writing before extra work is built.
  • Call us: 1-888-558-9384.
  • A certificate of insurance when you or your lender asks. We don’t publish policy numbers.

What this site is

A clear front door: the services, the cities, the license, and a way to reach us. Project photos show the type of building and the level of finish. They are not stand-ins for a neighbor’s house. As more finished jobs are ready to show, they go on the projects page with the real scope attached.

If the license checks out, send the address.

A phone call or the form. You’ll get a site walk and a written scope — not a number pulled out of a postcard.
